ITIL Foundations Overview (Alternates Available)
Description
 This course provides the necessary overview of Service Management, the ITIL service lifecycle and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. It is designed to meet the ITIL Overview requirement of all ITS staff members. This course can be taken to meet the ITS requirement instead of the 2.5 day ITIL Foundations Certification Training (an on-site certification course offered once or twice yearly).

  • Some ITS Managers may elect to use this course as an alternate to full ITIL Foundations Certification
