Leading through Change
Description
 "Leading through Change" is an interactive learning experience designed for people responsible for leading teams and organizations. Participants will learn how people respond to change, gain new insights and explore how to apply these findings in a practical way. In this course, participants will hone their leadership skills for leading themselves and others through change. As a result of this workshop, you will …

  • Understand the basics of change
  • Understand how to support people through change
  • Be clear about your leadership role regarding change
  • Develop ideas and actions for how you will lead through change

    The workshop will be held from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm at 221 Whitney Ave., Rooms LL5&6. A continental breakfast will be available beginning at 8:15 am.
