From New Mom to Working Mom
 Balancing your roles as a parent and as a working person can be challenging. There are additional tasks and responsibilities. There are also difficult feelings to deal with. All of this could contribute to increased stress. However, it can be done and the results can be very positive, both for you and for your child. This training will specifically address issues related to separation, transitions, guilt, and work-life balance.
