Preventing Stroke
Description
 The Preventing Stroke class will help you learn how to recognize the signs of a stroke and how to lower your risk of having a stroke. Participants will learn about blood pressure values, set realistic goals and get practical tips on reducing their risk of having a stroke. This session is led by Jennifer Brackett, an experienced Nurse Practitioner and Educator
