Description
 Future Leaders of Yale (FLY) sponsors this series of four monthly workshops exploring how mindfulness can be beneficial in the workplace, for professional development and for stress management. The latest research on the benefits of practicing mindfulness will be discussed as well as practical tips and simple techniques for incorporating more mindfulness into daily life, both at work and at home.
